Qualifications

• Experience with installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining alarm systems.
• Ability to obtain basic tools required for duties.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Willingness to work on-site and interact with customers professionally.

Responsibilities

• Install security alarm systems including control panels, sensors, and cameras.
• Engage in sales consultations to assess customer needs and propose solutions.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot security alarm issues to restore function.
• Test installed systems and perform necessary adjustments or repairs.
• Educate customers on proper use and operation of their systems.
• Complete installation reports, service tickets, and inventory records.
