Job summary

HTC Global Services is seeking an Infrastructure Product Manager / Technical Program Manager to support platform transformation and lead delivery of strategic initiatives. You will own value streams, guide platforms, resolve impediments, manage risks, and drive planning, roadmaps, and demand planning across large, cross-functional teams.

The role requires strong collaboration with platform teams, effective stakeholder communication, and experience in Agile environments.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field or equivalent experience.
8+ years of progressive work-related experience across multiple disciplines, technologies, or processes.
5+ years of project management experience with large-scale IT projects, including software development and infrastructure implementations.
Experience in Product Management, Portfolio Management, and Program Management.
Experience as Release Train Engineer, Product Manager, Platform Engineer, DevOps Engineer, or similar roles.
Efficient use of Jira and Microsoft 365.
Strong knowledge of software development and IT infrastructure in Agile environments.
Excellent verbal and written communication for clients, vendors, and leadership.
Experience working with global teams in technology environments.
Broad execution and leadership skills.
Ability to balance concurrent assignments.

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end projects with detailed timing plans, execution, tracking, and risk resolution.
Collaborate with platform teams to prioritize features for PI Planning cycles.
Coordinate with stakeholders during feature definition and delivery.
Drive mitigation of cross-team impediments.
Participate in demand planning and customer research.
Gather requirements from external teams and collaborate with technical leads.
Own customer value aspects of the roadmap and align with portfolio vision.
Facilitate PI Planning and provide status reporting.
Manage upstream and downstream dependencies.
Drive delivery improvements using feedback and metrics.
