Responsibilities

• Conduct routine patrols to monitor and secure designated locations.

• Document daily activity, incidents, and observations in reports.

Position/Titles:

• Site Supervisor / Security Officer for large corporate property

Job Description:

As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for safeguarding properties, deterring criminal activity, and ensuring the safety of businesses, construction sites, and residential communities, etc. Your role requires vigilance, strong decision-making, and excellent communication skills to handle security incidents effectively.

The site supervisor is responsible for the following:

• Act as a go-between for the client and operations.
• Ensure all officers assigned to the site complete all duties as assigned, including but not limited to hourly activity logs, tours, and other tasks.
• Ensure officers are properly taking and logging their breaks.
• Utilize a tablet.
• Conduct site trainings.
• Update post orders.
• Take overtime as needed.

Compensation:

$22.00 per hour

Security Guard Responsibilities:

• Valid DL & Clean driving record and ability to operate company/site vehicles safely.
• Strong customer service skills and professional demeanor.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to remain alert, responsive, and proactive in high-pressure situations.
