As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a logistics and distribution location, you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents. You will support access control, assist visitors and employees, use computer or tablet tools as needed, and deliver outstanding customer service. Pay Rate: $17.50 / Hour

Job Schedule: DayTimeSat07:00 AM - 06:00 PMSun07:00 AM - 06:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees at a logistics and distribution location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of warehouse areas, loading docks, parking areas, entry points, and the perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points, verify authorization for personnel and visitors, and maintain accurate records of entries, deliveries, and incidents in accordance with site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns to site leadership and emergency responders as required.
• Document observations, patrols, and security-related incidents clearly and promptly while communicating professionally with client representatives, drivers, and distribution personnel.

Minimum Requirements:

• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
