As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a logistics and distribution location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, support access control activities, and provide outstanding customer service. You will communicate professionally with employees and visitors while using computer or tablet tools as needed. Pay Rate: $17.50 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Sat: 07:00 AM - 06:00 PM
• Sun: 07:00 AM - 06:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, access-control practices, and emergency response activities as appropriate at a logistics and distribution location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols and reporting requirements.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of warehouse areas, loading docks, trailer yards, parking areas, and the facility perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity or hazards.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify authorized access for personnel and visitors, and document truck, trailer, and delivery activity in accordance with site procedures.
• Complete accurate daily activity reports, incident documentation, and shift handoff communications while maintaining a professional presence.

Minimum Requirements:

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
