Pay Rate: $21.50 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Mon: 08:30 AM - 05:00 PM
• Sun: 08:30 AM - 05:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to visitors, tenants, employees, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout retail common areas, parking areas, building exteriors, and perimeter locations to help identify and report unusual activity or conditions.
• Monitor access points and observe activity within the location, following site procedures for visitor interactions, deliveries, and after-hours activity.
• Document incidents, observations, and policy violations accurately, and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
