Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Part Time Security Guard for Mobile Patrol in Warren, OH. You will serve clients across industries, perform unarmed patrols, monitor access points, and document daily activities with a focus on safety and customer service.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check per federal/regional/local laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors at a technology, media, and telecommunications location by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior and exterior areas, including business spaces, common areas, entrances, parking areas, and the perimeter.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, report suspicious activity or unauthorized access concerns, and deter policy violations with a professional presence.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations following site protocols and communicate observations to leadership and client representatives.
• Prepare accurate daily activity reports and incident documentation and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership.

Pay Rate: $18.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Fri: 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM
• Sat: 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM
• Sun: 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM

What You’ll Do:

• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols and communicating observations to appropriate personnel.
• Prepare accurate daily activity reports and incident documentation, and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and client representatives.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
