Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a data center location.
• Monitor access points and verify visitor, contractor, and delivery authorization in accordance with site procedures; report access concerns and unusual activity to appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the data center campus, building exterior, interior common areas, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and identify security concerns.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following escalation and reporting procedures.
• Maintain accurate activity logs, incident reports, and shift communications in accordance with Allied Universal and site requirements.

Position Type: Part Time

Pay Rate: $21.79 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Mon: 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• Sun: 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM

What You'll Do:

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
