You will monitor and protect clients in a retail setting while providing friendly customer service and a visible presence to deter incidents.

The role offers flexible Saturday and Sunday evening shifts, a pay rate of $17.43 per hour, and opportunities for growth in a collaborative, people-first environment.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
• Background check required under federal, state, and local laws.
• Drug screen required as a condition of employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to customers, members, employees, and visitors by following site procedures and, when needed, emergency response activities.
• Monitor access points, observe activity, and report unusual or suspicious conditions to leadership.
• Respond to incidents calmly and according to security protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the sales floor, receiving areas, parking areas, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Document incidents and daily activities accurately, communicating to site leadership and Allied Universal management.

Pay Rate: $17.43 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Sat: 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• Sun: 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to customers, members, employees, and visitors by carrying out site‑specific procedures and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Monitor access points, observe activity throughout the retail location, and report unusual or suspicious conditions to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner while following established security-related protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the sales floor, receiving areas, parking areas, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
• Document incidents, observations, and daily activities accurately, and communicate relevant information to site leadership and Allied Universal management.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
