Armorous in the United States seeks a Security Officer for HOA neighborhoods with patrol vehicle. The role guards properties, deters crime, and ensures safety across communities, construction sites, and businesses. You will patrol hourly, handle incidents, and maintain documentation with professional communication.

Role requires vigilance, decisive judgment, and strong customer service. Shifts include late evenings and weekends, with 16 hours weekly guaranteed and potential for more hours.

Qualifications

• Valid BSIS Guard Card is required.
• BSIS compliance must be current (8-hour initial training and 32-hour CE).
• Clean driving record and ability to operate company/site vehicles safely.
• Experience working graveyard shifts and professional demeanor.
• Strong customer service skills and vigilance in high-pressure situations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine patrols to monitor and secure designated locations.
• Identify and report suspicious activity, safety hazards, and unauthorized access.
• Maintain a visible presence to deter criminal activity and ensure public safety.
• Respond swiftly to incidents and provide support in emergency situations.
• Document daily activity, incidents, and observations accurately in reports.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding security updates.

Position/Titles:

- Security Officer for HOA Neighborhood with Patrol Vehicle

Job Description:

As a Security Officer , you will be responsible for safeguarding properties, deterring criminal activity, and ensuring the safety of businesses, construction sites, and residential communities, etc.
Your role requires vigilance, strong decision-making, and excellent communication skills to handle security incidents effectively. Officers will do hourly patrols through out the neighborhood, ensure there are no trespassers, and prevent any misconduct on site. Continuous responses to community members when needed, and clearing of park premises after hours.

Shifts:

Friday - - - 9:00 PM - 5:00 AM
Saturday - - - 9:00 PM - 5:00 PM
**16 Hours per week guaranteed, plus opportunity for additional hours!

Compensation:

$21.00 per hour

Security Guard Responsibilities:
