Allied Universal in Lees Summit, MO is seeking a Security Guard Hospital Deescalation Patrol to safeguard patients, visitors, and staff in a healthcare setting. You will conduct routine patrols, monitor access points, and respond to incidents with professionalism.

This full-time position pays $21.39 per hour with a rotating schedule including days and overnights, and access to Allied Universal Smart Tools, training, and healthcare benefits.

Competenze

• At least 1 year of security experience.
• Meet hospital vaccination requirements.
• Be able to work in a hospital morgue.
• Be able to restrain individuals as needed.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check is required by law.
• Drug screen required where permitted.
• Driver’s license required for driving positions only.

As a Security Guard Hospital Deescalation Patrol in Lees Summit, MO, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a healthcare location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment for patients, visitors, and staff. You will respond to incidents, communicate professionally, and provide exceptional customer service. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a healthcare location.
• Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while coordinating with appropriate site personnel and/or first responders.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the facility, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site procedures, providing directions and assistance to support a welcoming environment.
• Document incidents, observations, and patrol activities accurately and communicate relevant information to site leadership and Allied Universal supervision.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Meet hospital vaccination requirements.
• Be able to work in a hospital morgue.
• Be able to restrain individuals as needed.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
