Allied Universal in Nazareth, PA, is hiring a Security Guard Full Time Unarmed Site Patrol to safeguard clients and assist tenants, visitors, and staff with excellent service.

You will conduct routine patrols, monitor access points, and maintain reports while following site procedures. Minimum requirements include high school diploma and a background check; a valid driver's license may be required for driving roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property management personnel while carrying out site-specific security procedures and emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional manner, documenting details and notifying appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of building interiors, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations.
• Monitor access points and observe visitor, vendor, and tenant activity per site procedures; report unusual conditions to site management and leadership.
• Maintain accurate daily activity and incident reports, and patrol documentation per Allied Universal and client site requirements.

As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a commercial real estate location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support tenants, visitors, and staff with exceptional customer service and communication. Position Type: Full Time

Pay Rate: $14.86 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Wed 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
• Thur 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
• Fri 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
• Sat 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property management personnel while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and notifying appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of building interiors, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and observe visitor, vendor, and tenant activity in accordance with site procedures, reporting unusual conditions to site management and/or Allied Universal leadership.
• Maintain accurate daily activity reports, incident reports, and patrol documentation while following Allied Universal and client site requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
