As a Security Officer Site Patrol in Nazareth, PA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed officer in a fast‑paced logistics and distribution location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, stay visible to help deter security‑related incidents, and support daily operations through strong communication and customer service. Pay Rate: $17.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Tue: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
• Wed: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
• Thur: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
• Sat: 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• Sun: 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM

What You’ll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or drivers by carrying out site‑specific procedures, access control activities, and when appropriate, emergency response actions at a logistics and distribution location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, documenting observations and sharing information with site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout warehouse areas, shipping and receiving zones, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity and/or potential policy concerns.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or visitor information, and help support trailer, dock, and gate activity in accordance with site procedures.
• Complete routine reports on daily activities, incidents, and/or maintenance concerns, and communicate notable issues that could impact operations or security‑related procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
