Qualifications

• Access control/badge experience is preferred.

• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen where permitted by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies, and assisting in emergencies at a commercial real estate location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations calmly and per site procedures.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of building interiors, exterior grounds, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials, and maintain logs and reports of incidents and daily activities.
• Communicate professionally with property management, tenants, visitors, and emergency responders to maintain a welcoming environment.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating matters according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of building interiors, exterior grounds, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter areas to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as required, and maintain accurate logs and reports of incidents, observations, and daily activities.
• Communicate professionally with property management, tenants, visitors, and emergency responders while supporting a welcoming and orderly environment.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer Service Experience is preferred.
• Access Control/Badge Experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
