Allied Universal is hiring a Security Guard Full Time Unarmed Patrol Customer Assistance in Los Angeles, CA. The role involves patrolling, maintaining a visible presence, and delivering exceptional customer service to tenants and visitors at a commercial real estate site.

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors, and property personnel by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of commercial buildings, parking areas, lobbies, and perimeters to identify unusual activity or conditions.
• Monitor access points and direct visitors, contractors, and deliveries as needed.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies calmly and document observations per site protocols.
• Complete activity reports, incident reports, and shift logs accurately and timely.

As a Security Guard Full Time Unarmed Patrol Customer Assistance in Los Angeles, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors, and property personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols throughout commercial office buildings, parking areas, lobbies, common areas, and the property perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity or conditions.
• Monitor access points and observe entry and exit activity in accordance with site procedures; assist with directing visitors, contractors, and deliveries as needed.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; document observations and notify appropriate personnel according to site protocols.
• Complete required activity reports, incident reports, and shift logs with accurate and timely information.

Minimum Requirements:

• Ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.
• Comfortability using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
