Allied Universal is hiring a Security Guard Full Time Patrol Driver Customer Service in Plano, TX. This role involves unarmed patrols at a technology-focused site, delivering strong customer service while safeguarding employees, visitors, and contractors.

Responsibilities include monitoring access, responding to incidents, and submitting detailed reports to site leadership. A valid driver’s license is required, and 18+ years old with at least 1 year of security experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, exterior areas, entry points, and perimeter to help identify and report unusual conditions or potential concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site requirements, maintaining professional communication and accurate documentation.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns to appropriate personnel and/or emergency services as directed.
• Complete detailed activity reports and communicate relevant observations to site leadership and Allied Universal management.

• Mon: 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM
• Tue: 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM
• Sat: 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM
• Sun: 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM

What You'll Do:
