Allied Universal in Jupiter, FL is hiring a Security Guard Full Time Cleared Veteran. You will protect client sites, monitor access, and respond to incidents while delivering excellent customer service.

The role requires active clearance, strong communication, and reliable teamwork in a fast-paced environment. As a full-time unarmed officer at an aerospace/defense location, you will perform patrols, document activities, and maintain security records.

Qualifications

• Requires at least 2 years of corrections, law enforcement, or military experience.
• DOD Secret Clearance required.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Guard card is required.
• Background check conducted as a condition of employment.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply by state/local laws.
• A valid driver’s license required for driving positions.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel while following security procedures and site policies.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials and visitor authorization; maintain entry records.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and professionally.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of business areas, entrances, parking areas, and perimeters.
• Prepare clear, accurate incident and activity reports per site requirements.

As an Unarmed Security Officer at a leading aerospace and defense location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, help maintain a secure environment, and support access control activities. You will remain visible to help deter incidents while delivering exceptional customer service and clear communication. Pay Rate: $21.54 / Hour

Job Schedule: DayTimeMon02:00 PM - 10:00 PM Tue02:00 PM - 10:00 PM Thur02:00 PM - 10:00 PM Sat02:00 PM - 10:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities at an aerospace and defense business location.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials and visitor authorization, maintain required entry records, and report unauthorized access attempts or unusual activity.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following site-specific escalation and notification procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of business areas, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential security-related concerns.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports of incidents, observations, patrols, and security-related activities in accordance with Allied Universal and site requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least 2 years of corrections, law enforcement and military experience
• Possess a DOD Secret Clearance.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A guard card is required.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
