You will serve and safeguard clients across manufacturing and industrial environments, monitor entrances, verify visitors, and maintain a professional presence.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check as required by federal, state, and local laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply at state/local level.
• A valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsabilités

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors while carrying out security procedures and site policies.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the facility to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points, verify visitor/contractor authorization, and document incidents per site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies in a calm, professional manner.
• Observe and report hazards or policy violations impacting operations.

As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, conduct routine rounds, and communicate professionally with employees and visitors. Pay Rate: $17.58 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Mon 09:00 AM - 02:00 PM
• Tue 09:00 AM - 06:00 PM
• Wed 09:00 AM - 06:00 PM
• Thur 09:00 AM - 06:00 PM
• Fri 12:00 PM - 06:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout manufacturing, warehouse, office, parking, and perimeter areas to help identify unusual conditions and help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points, verify visitor and contractor authorization, and maintain accurate access and incident documentation in accordance with site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns to appropriate site contacts and emergency responders when needed.
• Observe and report potential hazards, equipment concerns, and policy violations that may impact facility operations.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
