Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required by federal/state/local laws.
• Qualified applicants with criminal histories will be considered.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local law.
• Valid driver's license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and vendors at a manufacturing and industrial location by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, access-control requirements, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of production areas, offices, parking areas, exterior grounds, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual conditions and help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials, manage visitor and contractor access, and maintain accurate logs in accordance with site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate site contacts and emergency responders as directed by established protocols.
• Document observations, incidents, and patrol activities through clear written reports, and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal supervision and site leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
