Acts Retirement-Life Communities is seeking a Security Guard in Alabama to protect residents, team members, visitors, and property through patrols, camera monitoring, access control, and life-safety systems.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, with prior security or related experience preferred. A valid driver’s license and CPR/AED/First Aid certifications (or within three months) are required. Competitive benefits are provided with a starting hourly pay range of $17.00–$21.29.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior security, law enforcement, emergency services, or related field preferred.
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license.
• Must possess and maintain CPR, AED, and First Aid certifications or obtain within three months of employment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular patrols to safeguard residents, staff, and property.
• Monitor security cameras, control access points, and respond to incidents.
• Respond promptly to medical emergencies, fire alarms, and security incidents.
• Maintain a visible security presence to deter misconduct and promote safety.
