Job summary

Acts is seeking a Security Guard to protect residents and property in our Florida community. Under minimal supervision, you will patrol buildings and grounds, monitor the gatehouse, and provide support during evening and night hours for residents and team members.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or equivalent, prior security or emergency response experience is preferred, and CPR/AED/first aid certification (or within 3 months) is required along with a valid driver's license.

Acts is currently seeking qualified candidates for our Security Guard position. Under minimal direct supervision, this role ensures the security and safety of the community by patrolling the buildings and grounds and monitoring the gatehouse. Provides support during the evening and night hours for residents and team members.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior security and/or emergency response experience is preferred
• CPR, AED, & first aid certification (or obtain within the 3-month introductory period)
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license

Pay Range

$16.43 - $19.91 / hour. Starting rate will vary based on skills and experience.
