Job summary

Securitas, Inc. is hiring a Security Guard — Full Time in Spokane, WA to protect people, property, and assets. You will patrol premises, monitor systems, control access, and respond to emergencies while maintaining a safe environment.

The ideal candidate has HS diploma or GED, excellent customer service, strong observation and communication skills, and the ability to work independently. Pre-employment screening including drug test is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Above-average computer / technology skills needed.
• Prior Security, Law Enforcement or Military experience a plus!
• Must be able to work independently and provide excellent customer service.
• Must have the ability to remain calm under pressure and vigilant during shift.
• Must respond to emergencies with rapid / effective judgement and use appropriate escalation.
• Strong observational skills, excellent communication abilities, and quick decision-making capabilities.
• All candidates must be willing to participate in pre-employment screening including drug screen and background investigation.

• Conduct regular patrols of premises including buildings, parking lots, and entry points to identify potential security risks.
• Monitor and operate surveillance cameras, alarm systems, and security equipment.

Security Guard — Full Time

Site Location: Spokane, WA

Wage: $18.48-$19.47/HR

Schedules

1) Tuesday-Thursday 6pm-6am

2) Thursday - Friday, 12am-8am, Saturday - Sunday 4pm-12pm

3) Friday & Monday 2pm-10pm

The Security Officer protects people, property, and assets by patrolling premises, monitoring systems, controlling access, and responding to emergencies to maintain a safe and secure environment. They serve as a helpful professional resource while ensuring everyone on the property follows safety protocols.
