Securitas, Inc. is seeking a full-time Security Officer for Marshfield, WI. The role involves patrolling premises, monitoring systems, controlling access, and responding to emergencies to maintain a safe and secure environment.

No experience is required, but a strong customer service orientation is essential. The officer protects people and property, enforces safety protocols, and reports incidents promptly.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Above average computer / technology skills.
• Willing to participate in pre-employment screening.
• Experience in security, law enforcement, or military is a plus.

Security Officer — Full Time

Site Location: Marshfield, WI

Wage: $15.00-$17.00/HR

No Experience Necessary,

The Security Officer protects people, property, and assets by patrolling premises, monitoring systems, controlling access, and responding to emergencies to maintain a safe and secure environment. They serve as a helpful professional resource while ensuring everyone on the property follows safety protocols.

• Must have the ability to remain calm under pressure and remain vigilant throughout shift.


• Must be able to respond to emergencies with rapid / effective judgement and use appropriate escalation.


• Must have strong observational skills, excellent communication abilities, and quick decision-making capabilities.
