Makeready LLC seeks a Security Guard in Nashville to patrol premises, monitor entrances, and promptly address safety issues while maintaining a welcoming environment within The Joseph hotel.

The role emphasizes de-escalation, incident documentation, and proactive risk assessment to protect guests and colleagues in a luxury hospitality setting. You will work closely with operations and hotel leadership, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and guest comfort.

Qualifications

• Patrol premises regularly to maintain order and establish presence.
• Monitor and authorize entrance of people in the property.
• Remove wrongdoers or non-guests/team members from the area.
• Secure all exits and doors after end of operations.
• Provide assistance with any injuries or incidents and investigate and document, as necessary.
• Keen awareness of surroundings.
• Extensive knowledge of the property and surrounding areas.
• Ability to patiently and effectively diffuse a situation.
