Job summary

The Joseph in Nashville, TN is seeking polished, hospitality-driven Servers to join our Food & Beverage team. You will deliver warm, attentive service, share menu knowledge, and collaborate with a talented team to create memorable experiences for guests.

Previous restaurant experience is preferred; strong communication and a professional presence are essential. Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays is required in this fast-paced, luxury dining environment.

• Follow all food safety, sanitation, responsible alcohol service, and hotel standards.
• Assist teammates whenever needed and contribute to a positive, respectful, team-focused culture.

As a Server, you will play an important role in delivering the elevated level of service our guests expect. You'll bring warmth, confidence, attention to detail, and strong menu knowledge to every interaction while working alongside a talented team committed to excellence.

What You'll Do

What We're Looking For
