The selected candidate will perform various security duties as outlined by contract requirements and site-specific post orders, which may include:

• Access control for guests, tenants, and vendors
• Enforcement of client and company policies and procedures
• Observation and reporting of security and safety hazards
• Routine foot patrols in and around the building
• Reporting incidents to the operations manager, client, and department managers
• Interaction with clients, visitors, public safety officials, employees, and the public
• Other duties as assigned

This position may require working inside and outside in varying temperatures, standing for prolonged periods, walking, bending, and some lifting. Some duties may involve sitting at a computer for extended periods.

Candidates must meet the following minimum requirements:

• Be at least 21 years old
• Possess exceptional customer service skills
• Be able to multitask
• Be comfortable with Microsoft Office products
• Operate and maintain site-specific security programs
• Have at least one year of verifiable work experience; military, concierge, or related field degrees are also considered
