The Jewish Museum, located on New York City's Museum Mile, is seeking a part-time Security Guard to protect visitors, staff and assets. You will monitor CCTV, respond to emergencies, and patrol the premises in uniform while maintaining a courteous presence with guests.
Required are a high school diploma or GED, NYS security registration, and the ability to obtain a Fire Guard certificate. Flexible hours include weekends and occasional overtime; lifting up to 50 lbs may be required.

The Museum's Security Guards play a vital role in maintaining the security and safety of the Museum premises, assets, visitors, and staff, while also serving as ambassadors with the Museum's visitors and guests.
Salary: $24.46/hour
