We are hiring a dedicated Security Guard to ensure the safety of all yards in the New Jersey and Philadelphia area. Responsibilities include monitoring calls, observing camera feeds, patrolling yards, managing incidents, working with authorities, and maintaining logs.

This position is ideal for individuals with strong security experience and excellent communication skills who want to make a meaningful impact on facility safety.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Address security concerns.
2. Patrol assigned areas to ensure security.
3. Monitor camera footage for suspicious activities and act accordingly.
4. Assess situations with management and determine next steps.
5. Collaborate with IT and management to address security breaches and review footage.
6. Engage with law enforcement when necessary.
7. Maintain detailed logs of calls, alarms, and incidents.
8. Assist with additional duties as needed.

What We’re Looking For:

1. Understanding of security protocols and patrolling techniques.
2. Strong documentation skills for incident reporting.
3. Alertness and observant nature to detect security breaches.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
5. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

Qualifications:

1. High school diploma or GED-equivalent.
2. At least 5 years of security experience.

Additional Information:

1. Work outdoors in all weather conditions; be prepared for elements.
2. Personal protective equipment (PPE) required.
3. Flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
4. Ability to lift and carry light weights.

Pay Rate: $19.50/hr
