Boston Government Services, LLC (BGS) invites qualified candidates for an Evergreen Talent Pool position as a Security Front Door-Service Desk Analyst to support government programs across the United States. Responsibilities include handling security and privacy inquiries, triaging tickets, and guiding users with RMF-aligned processes.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, U.S. citizenship, and the ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• Experience in cybersecurity support and IT service desk environments.
• Familiarity with RMF, security/privacy requests, and escalation workflows.

Responsibilities

• Provide information security and privacy support during core business hours.
• Intake, triage, route, and document security-related tickets using government systems.
• Offer process guidance for common cybersecurity and privacy requests.
• Escalate complex or policy-related matters to designated officials.
• Maintain knowledge bases, FAQs, and contact lists for repeat inquiries.
• Track inquiry volume and metrics for reporting.
• Coordinate with ISSOs, system owners, privacy coordinators, SOC, RMF, and engineering teams as needed.
