Reading Cooperative Bank is seeking a Security & Systems Administrator to secure and manage its IT infrastructure. You will focus on security operations, incident response, and vulnerability management while performing hands-on systems administration.

Qualifications

• Strong Windows Server administration and Active Directory/Group Policy experience.
• Experience with vulnerability management and security operations tools.
• Understanding of core security principles: incident response, logging, least privilege.

Responsibilities

• Administer, maintain, and support Windows Server environments and core infrastructure services.
• Lead vulnerability management including scanning, remediation coordination, and reporting.
• Monitor MDR platform (Rapid7) and tune alerts for quality.
• Review security logs across systems, endpoints, and network infrastructure.
• Respond to security incidents and document root cause findings.
• Develop and enforce security policies, standards, and procedures.
• Provide general systems administration support and end-user assistance.
• Create clear technical documentation and user communications.
• Participate in after-hours support as needed.
• Stay current with threats and security technologies.
