Job summary

CalPrivate Bank is seeking a Systems Administrator to manage enterprise infrastructure across on-premises and cloud environments. You’ll work with Windows Server, Active Directory, VMware, Entra ID, and Intune while ensuring security, reliability, and performance.

The role emphasizes IAM, PAM, and endpoint protection within a regulated banking context. Ideal candidates will troubleshoot, patch, document, and participate in incident response, change management, and technology upgrades to support

Qualifications

• Several years of progressive systems administration, infrastructure, or enterprise IT support experience.
• Strong hands-on experience administering Windows Server and Active Directory environments.
• Significant VMware virtualization experience.
• Experience administering Microsoft Entra ID and Microsoft Intune.
• Solid working knowledge of DNS, DHCP, authentication and directory services.
• Experience managing enterprise backup and recovery solutions.
• Knowledge of IAM and PAM principles and technologies.
• Ability to document systems and procedures clearly.

Responsibilities

• Support and administer enterprise infrastructure systems including Windows Server, AD, VMware, Entra ID, Intune.
• Maintain health, availability, security, and performance of on-premises and cloud infrastructure.
• Manage DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, authentication, and directory services.
• Perform routine system administration, configuration, upgrades, patching, and maintenance.
• Monitor performance, identify issues before outages, and assist with capacity planning.
• Drive infrastructure improvements and standardization.
