Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Professional Branch Flex Officer to serve clients across healthcare, education, finance, retail, and more in the Riverside area. The role offers 30–40 hours per week with varied, self-scheduled shifts.

You will work irregular shifts with little to no advance notice to support client needs. As a Branch Flex Officer, you’ll gain exposure to multiple sites and opportunities for advancement within Allied Universal, a leader in the security industry.

Qualifications

• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent or 5 years of verifiable experience.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• Valid driver’s license if driving a company or customer-owned vehicle.
• Background check and drug screen as part of employment process.

Responsibilities

• Perform security patrols of designated areas on foot or in vehicle.
• Watch for irregular or unusual conditions that may create security concerns or safety hazards.
• Sound alarms or call police or fire department in case of fire or unauthorized presence.
• Warn violators of rule infractions such as loitering or smoking.
• Monitor entrances and exits and permit authorized persons to enter property.
• Observe departing personnel to prevent theft and ensure proper client requirements.
• Investigate and prepare reports on accidents, incidents, and suspicious activities; maintain logs.
• Aid customers, employees, and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
• Make emergency notifications as necessary per site Post Orders.
