Job summary

Loyal Source is seeking a skilled Service Technician to service, troubleshoot, and maintain low-voltage security and life safety systems in Nashville, TN. The ideal candidate will handle multiple tickets daily, diagnose issues, and communicate clearly with customers.

Location is on-site in Nashville with a 40-hour work week, optional overtime based on project needs. Strong diagnostic abilities and a valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• Experience servicing and troubleshooting security and life safety systems.
• Strong knowledge of Access Control, CCTV, Intrusion Detection, and Fire Alarm Systems.
• Ability to read system documentation, wiring diagrams, and technical drawings.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to work independently and manage service calls efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and complete approximately three service tickets per day.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain security and fire alarm systems.
• Perform service work on Access Control, CCTV/Video Surveillance, Intrusion Detection, and Fire Alarm Systems.
• Conduct system testing and inspections to ensure code compliance and proper functionality.
• Communicate findings and recommended solutions to customers.
• Complete service reports and documentation accurately and promptly.
• Maintain professionalism and high level of customer service on behalf of Loyal Source.
