Qualifications

• Two to five years of experience installing and/or servicing fire alarms.
• ESA Certified Alarm Technician preferred.
• NTS Certified Service Technician preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled Fire Inspection preventive maintenance.
• Assist with start-up of new equipment or system installation.
• Maintain company property and documentation.

Skills

Fire/Life Safety Systems experience

Knowledge of local and national codes

Customer relations

Education

High school diploma or equivalent

Vocational/technical degree in electrical or security preferred

Tools

Knowledge of Fire Panel Manufacturers

Experience with Bosch, DMP, Edwards / EST systems
