Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience servicing and troubleshooting security and life safety systems.
• Strong knowledge of Access Control, CCTV/Video Surveillance, Intrusion Detection, Fire Alarm Systems.
• Ability to read system documentation, wiring diagrams, and technical drawings.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to work independently and manage service calls efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and complete approximately three service tickets per day.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain security and fire alarm systems.
• Perform service work on: Access Control Systems, CCTV / Video Surveillance Systems, Intrusion Detection Systems, Fire Alarm Systems.
• Conduct system testing and inspections to ensure code compliance and proper functionality.
• Communicate effectively with customers regarding service findings and recommended solutions.
• Complete service reports and required documentation accurately and promptly.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service while representing Loyal Source.
