Safe Haven Defense in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking a Project Coordinator to oversee security film installation projects. You will manage planning, execution, and completion, coordinate with clients, contractors, and teams, and ensure safety and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.

The role requires strong organization, problem-solving, and customer service skills, with about 25% travel to job sites and our North Phoenix warehouse.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Experience in security film installations or related fields preferred.
• Strong organizational, leadership, customer service and communication skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to understand security film requirements and specs.
• Develop comprehensive project plans with timelines, resources, travel plans and budget estimates.
• Conduct site assessments to evaluate installation requirements and challenges.
• Coordinate activities, manage resources, and ensure timely completion of installations.
• Provide technical guidance and troubleshoot issues during installation.
• Act as primary contact for clients, contractors, and stakeholders throughout the project.
• Create weekly financial and installation progress reports for leadership.
