Job summary

Safe Haven Defense US is seeking a Security Film Installer based in Kansas City, KS. You will measure, cut, and install security films on windows across residential, commercial, and industrial sites, with a focus on quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.

The role requires traveling up to 100% for multi-week deployments, working with a team, and maintaining a clean, safe worksite. High school diploma and preference for film-installation certs are needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Certification/training in window film installation preferred.
• Experience as a security film installer or similar role.
• Proficiency in precision measuring, cutting, applying, and caulking window films.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Visit job sites to assess requirements for security film installation.
• Measure windows and glass surfaces to determine film dimensions.
• Prepare work area and edge seal the surfaces.
• Cut films precisely according to measurements and apply to glass.
• Remove air bubbles, ensure proper fit, and perform edge sealing.
• Work collaboratively with Team Lead and train others, upholding safety and quality.
• Identify quality concerns with Team Lead and maintain equipment and inventory.
• Perform duties according to safety regulations and company policies.
• Maintain clear, respectful communication with internal and external entities.
• Log installed layers and complete time and expense records.
• Complete initial safety training and ongoing training; participate in team meetings.
