Job summary

SafeHavenDefenseUS is seeking a Project Coordinator for our Scottsdale, AZ office to oversee planning, execution, and completion of security film installation projects.

You will coordinate with clients, installation teams, and subcontractors, ensuring timelines, budgets, and safety standards are met as projects progress. In-person work with travel to job sites and our North Phoenix warehouse is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Experience in security film installations or related fields is preferred.
• Strong organizational, leadership, customer service and communications skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to understand film requirements and specs.
• Develop comprehensive project plans with timelines, resources and budgets.
• Coordinate activities, manage resources and ensure timely completion of installations.
• Monitor progress, resolve issues and mitigate risks including OSHA-related aspects.
• Travel to job sites to monitor progress and ensure quality control.

SafeHavenDefenseUSislookingforaProjectCoordinatortojoinourgrowingArizonacorporateteam!TheProjectCoordinatorisresponsibleforoverseeingandmanagingtheplanning,execution,andcompletionofsecurityfilminstallationprojects.Thisrolerequiresablendofprojectmanagementskills,problem-solvingskills,technicalknowledgeofsecurityfilmsystems,andtheabilitytocoordinatewithvariousstakeholdersinvolvedintheinstallationprocess.Strongorganizationalskills,timemanagement,andtheabilitytodeliverexceptionalcustomerservicearerequired.

Thispositionisconsideredsafety-sensitivebecauseitperformsdutiesintheresidentialorcommercialpremisesofacustomerandmayoperateamotorvehicle,equipment,machinery,orpowertools.

Thispositionisanin-personjobatourcorporateofficeinnorthScottsdaleatthe101andFrankLloydWrightBlvd.Thejobwillrequire25%travelinworkorpersonalvehiclestojobsitesandtoourwarehouseinNorthPhoenix.Travelinpersonalvehiclesissupportedwithmileagereimbursement.

JobResponsibilities:

ProjectPlanning:

• Collaboratewithclientstounderstandtheirsecurityfilmrequirementsandspecifications.
• Developcomprehensiveprojectplans,includingtimelines,resourceallocation,travelplansandbudgetestimation.
• Conductsiteassessmentstoevaluateinstallationrequirementsandpotentialchallenges.

ProjectManagement:

• Verifyprojectsproperlydocumented,contractedandinsuredpriortoinstallation.
• Coordinateprojectactivitiesandmanageresourcestoensuretimelyandsuccessfulcompletionofsecurityfilminstallations.
• Coordinateinstallationteams,contractors,andsubcontractorsinvolvedintheproject.
• Monitorprojectprogress,resolveissues,andmitigaterisksthatmayariseduringinstallation.ThisincludescompliancewithanyjobspecificsafetyorOSHArequirements.
• Traveltojobsitelocationstomonitorprogressandperformanceandensurequalitycontrolmetricsaremet.Thisincludespostinstallationinspectionsandcustomerengagement.

TechnicalExpertise:

• PossessadeepunderstandingofSafeHavenDefense,LLCsecurityfilmproducts,theirspecifications,andinstallationtechniques.
• Providetechnicalguidanceandsupporttoinstallationteamsandtroubleshootanytechnicalissuespriortoorduringtheinstallationprocess.

CommunicationandStakeholderManagement:

• Actastheprimarypointofcontactforclients,contractors,andotherstakeholdersthroughouttheprojectlifecycle.
• Communicateprojectupdates,progressreports,andanychangesinplanstostakeholdersinaclearandtimelymanner.

Reporting:

• CreateweeklyreportsoffinancialachievementsandprojectcompletionsforExecutiveTeam.
• CreateweeklyprogressreportsofinstallationactivityasdirectedbyOperationsleadership.

EducationandExperience:

• Bachelor'sdegreeinarelevantfield(e.g.,Engineering,ProjectManagement,ConstructionManagement)orequivalentworkexperiencepreferred
• Provenexperienceinsecurityfilminstallationsorrelatedfieldspreferred.
• Strongtechnicalknowledgeofsecurityfilmproducts,theirinstallation,andmaintenancepreferred.
• Excellentorganizational,leadership,customerserviceandcommunicationskills.
• Proficiencyinprojectmanagementtoolsandsoftware.
• Abilitytomanagemultipleprojectssimultaneouslyandprioritizetaskseffectivelyandefficiently.
• Attentiontodetailandafocusondeliveringhigh-qualityresultswithinspecifiedtimelinesandbudgets.
• Knowledgeofsafetyregulationsandbestpracticesinconstructionandinstallationwork.
• Travelisrequiredapproximately25%ofthetime.

JobRequirements:

• Abilitytopassapre-hiredrugtestandbackgroundcheckwithmotorvehiclereportaswellasongoingbackgroundchecks.
• PossessorcanobtainandmaintainavalidFingerprintClearanceCard.
• Maintenanceofavaliddriverlicense.
• Successfullypassthe60-dayprobationaryperiodwhereallcredentialsarecompleted,andorientationmetricsaremet.
