Job summary

Leo Facilities Maintenance seeks a seasoned Project Manager to oversee end-to-end locksmithing and security services work orders. You will source and assign technicians/vendors, manage dispatch, track progress, and ensure contract compliance.

Responsibilities include client communication, quote preparation, invoice reconciliation, and cross-project coordination at a national level, with after-hours support as needed.

Qualifications

• Degree with 3+ years in project management, facilities services, or security/locksmith operations.
• Proficiency in MS Office and a work order management system.
• Strong organizational, time-management, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage client work orders for locksmithing and security services per SLA.
• Source, qualify, and assign locksmith vendors; oversee dispatch and compliance.
• Provide timely price quotes for approval; follow up with clients.
• Review vendor invoices; ensure billing accuracy with billing team.
• Serve as primary client contact; provide status updates and resolve escalations.
