Job summary

Leo Facilities Maintenance is seeking a results-driven leader to oversee a portfolio of client accounts within the Repair & Maintenance operations. You will ensure timely work order completion, vendor coordination, and high client satisfaction while guiding a team of Facilities Associate Managers and Coordinators.

This role requires strong organization, travel flexibility, and the ability to handle after-hours support as needed to maintain operational consistency and performance improvements

Qualifications

• Degree in facilities maintenance or PM with relevant experience.
• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in a similar role.
• Proficiency with MS Office and work order systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Facilities Associate Managers and coordinators.
• Oversee client accounts to meet SLAs for work orders and communication.
• Coordinate vendor sourcing, selection, and dispatch for multiple trades.
• Review and approve price quotes; ensure accurate scoping.
• Monitor work order status in internal and client systems for accuracy.
• Assist with client escalations and professional resolution.
• Collaborate with Sr. Manager of Operations on process improvements.
• Assist with client onboarding and maintenance of resources.
• Coordinate with departments to ensure vendor compliance (insurance, safety, contracts).
• Participate in rotational after-hours coverage and emergency dispatch.
