Job summary

Titan Security is hiring a Field Operations Manager to oversee a select group of accounts and ensure QA/compliance. The role reports to the Director of Operations and is a 2nd Shift position (Thursday - Monday, 4pm-12am).

Minimum 1 year of continuous managerial experience is required; bilingual abilities are a plus. The pay range is $24.00–$26.00 per hour with benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• High School diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Train team members in customer service and QA/compliance procedures.
• Monitor and coach staff, handle attendance, discipline, and performance.
• Support HR in hiring, training, onboarding, and terminations.
• Respond to escalated security issues or emergencies.
• Prepare reports on incidents, personnel activities, and trends.
• Work a flexible schedule including weekends.
