Job summary

Titan Security is seeking a 2nd shift lead security officer to supervise operations at an assigned client site. You will manage a team of security personnel, ensure regulatory compliance, and coordinate training as needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required with 3 years of security officer experience.
• Must read, write, speak, and understand English; bilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise operations of an assigned Client site on the shift.
• Report directly to Marksman / Titan Management.
• Ensure compliance with federal and site regulations and policies.
• Lead a team of 10 security officers and supervisors including scheduling, payroll, training, and development.
• Provide high-quality security services to protect people and property.
