Job summary

ARROW is seeking a Security Field Manager for the East Region to lead startup, onboarding, and activation of new national account sites. You will travel frequently and coordinate with Recruiting, Operations, and Client Stakeholders to ensure sites are staffed, trained, equipped, and compliant before launch.

This hands-on role requires strong organizational and communication skills, the ability to manage multiple activations, and the capacity to travel 80–85% nationwide.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in security operations, field operations, or account startup.
• Experience supporting national or multi-site accounts.
• Strong organizational, coordination, and time-management skills.
• Ability to travel nationally on short notice.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end startup and mobilization for new national account sites.
• Deploy to assigned markets to support launches and establish operations.
• Partner with Recruiting and Compliance to onboard new hires.
• Conduct in-person onboarding, training, and issue uniforms/equipment.
• Serve as liaison between Recruiting, Operations, and Client Stakeholders.
• Communicate schedules, expectations, and post orders clearly.
• Support sites through initial launch and monitor attendance and compliance.
• Resolve startup gaps and transition stabilized sites to local leadership.
