Job summary

SecTek, Inc. is seeking a Field Supervisor to oversee quality physical security and Security Officer performance at client sites. You will lead on-site teams and ensure adherence to client requirements across multiple locations.

The role requires strong people skills, scheduling expertise, and the ability to manage budgets while maintaining a focus on safety and compliance. A valid driver's license and a clean driving record are essential.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience as a supervisor.
• Ability to conduct meetings with clients to brief on updates.
• Ability to manage a large team at multiple client locations.
• Must be able to type and use Excel and Word programs.
• Must be able to manage within a budget.
• Familiarity with WinTeam.
• Must be able to write, review and provide corrective measures (feedback to daily activity log and incident reports).
• Must be able to manage multiple schedules.
• Must have a clean driving record and active driver's license.
