Job summary

Leidos is seeking an experienced Assistant Security Facility Officer (AFSO) to support the ILS2 program in Aiea, HI. The role oversees industrial security and interfaces with the FSO, SSC, and government customers to maintain compliance and program integrity.

The ideal candidate holds a Top-Secret clearance with SCI eligibility, prior FSO/AFSO experience, and a proven ability to manage security tasks, investigations and compliance across NISPOM and related directives.

Qualifications

• Current Top-Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
• BA degree with 8-12 years of relevant experience.
• Demonstrated success as a Facility Security Officer (FSO) or Assistant Facility Security Officer (AFSO) for 2+ years.
• Reconciliation of weekly personnel reports with the internal SSC; tracking briefings, debriefings, and contract assignments.
• Thorough working knowledge of NISPOM and DoD security guidance; DCSA guidance and ICDs.

Responsibilities

• Implement the industrial security program and ensure company and customer security requirements are met.
• Conduct facility self-inspections and program security reviews; participate in government interviews and inspections.
• Produce reports, policy/procedure documents, security designs, training and assessments.
• Maintain data compliance in NISS and DISS; respond to inquiries from DCSA, customers and internal teams.
• Manage 32 CFR Part 117; identify risks and resolve issues to prevent vulnerabilities.
• Develop local security practices for the Cleared Facility; communicate with FSO and management.
