Qualifications

• Completion of FSO Program Management for Possessing Facilities Course.
• In-scope security clearance required.
• Desired: SPēD Security Fundamentals Professional Certification (SFPC) and OPSEC LevelII Certification.

INTUITIVE® is seeking an Assistant Facility Security Officer to assist the Facility Security Officer (FSO) in managing all aspects of the site industrial security program, including visitor control, self‑inspections, and DCSA Security Reviews. The role requires strong professionalism, exceptional written and interpersonal skills, analytical expertise, and meticulous attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assist the FSO with self‑inspections.
• Serve as the Security point of contact for assigned contracts.
• Maintain DISS, NBIS, SWFT, and NISS accounts.
• Maintain classified material accountability records (inventory, receipts, transmittal, or disposition).
• Coordinate initial access eligibility determinations and create PARs or SCI nominations.
• Prepare and update DD254s.

Qualifications

• B.S. or B.A. degree.
• At least 3 years of industrial security experience.
• Working knowledge of 32CFR Part 117 and NISPOM.
• Completion of FSO Program Management for Possessing Facilities Course.
