Job summary

Seekr is seeking an experienced Industrial Security Specialist to manage and mature our security program for classified work under 32 CFR Part 117 (NISPOM) and ICDs. You will serve as the Assistant Facility Security Officer, safeguarding personnel, information, and facilities used for DoW/IC contracts.

Ideal candidates hold a TS clearance with SCI eligibility, with 5+ years in DoW/IC security, and experience in FSO/CSSO roles.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
• Bachelor's degree in security related field preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of DoD/IC security related experience.
• Experience with FSO or CSSO role.
• Extensive knowledge of 32 CFR Part 117 NISPOM, SEADs, and ICDs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Assistant Facility Security Officer (AFSO) and assist the FSO with maturing the Industrial Security program.
• Manage security of classified programs, personnel and information in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Support collateral DoW programs and function as CSSO for various U.S. Government contracts as needed.
• Provide oversight for protection of classified, CUI and proprietary information.
• Develop and implement procedures for personnel security processing and access controls.
• Conduct security orientation, refresher training, and briefings for assigned personnel.
• Process, track, file and report on foreign travel.
• Support Insider Threat Program objectives.
• Oversee physical security systems and ICD 705 compliance when needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
