Job summary

Oshkosh Corporation is seeking an Event & Security Coordinator to manage visitor access, support building events, and uphold security policies at the Global Headquarters. You will work with Security and Facilities teams to ensure a safe, efficient environment for employees and guests.

The role includes coordinating events, managing signage and AV needs, and maintaining security documentation while using tools like Total Connect, AlertMedia, Envoy, and SharePoint.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree or equivalent in Event Management or related field.
• Two (2) or more years of experience in Event Management or a related area.
• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management or a related field is a standout qualification.

Responsibilities

• Greet and identify all visitors; maintain a safe and secure environment.
• Coordinate with Security teams to enforce access control and badge issuance.
• Assist with event coordination, room setup, AV needs, and guest logistics.
• Maintain security documentation, databases, and training records.
• Prepare presentations and reports; serve as system administrator for security tools.
