DriveWealth is seeking a seasoned Head of Security Engineering to own the security strategy, roadmap, and delivery for product and corporate environments. Lead a team, guide threat modeling, secure design, and automated guardrails across AWS, Kubernetes, and trading infrastructure while partnering with IT, Risk, and Compliance.

The role emphasizes hands‑on engineering, scaling security capabilities, and enabling product innovation within an entrepreneurial culture.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in security, software, or infra engineering; 4+ years managing teams.
• Proven ability to own a security engineering roadmap and deliver improvements.
• Experience securing AWS/Kubernetes, APIs, and modern delivery pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Define multiyear security strategy and quarterly roadmaps.
• Lead and coach a security engineering team; manage performance and depth.
• Embed threat modeling, architecture reviews, and secure design into DevOps.
• Secure AWS/EC2/EKS and trading infrastructure with least privilege and encryption.
• Build and mature security platforms, telemetry pipelines, and automation.
• Partner with IT, Risk, and Compliance to meet regulatory requirements.
