Objective Partners is seeking a Security Engineering Manager to lead a high‑performing security team and shape the defense strategy for a cloud‑first software ecosystem. Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive information security experience with AppSec, DevSecOps, or cloud defense.
• Experience managing and developing technical security teams delivering complex projects.
• Deep expertise in secure SDLC practices, CI/CD protections, secrets management, and app vulnerabilities.
• Ability to translate security frameworks into concrete engineering deliverables for security teams and partner developers.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct technical oversight for complex security challenges and perform architecture reviews.
• Drive ongoing security and cloud posture initiatives across the SDLC.
• Lead, mentor, and grow a high‑ownership security engineering team.
• Plan, track, and deliver security initiatives from design to deployment.
• Collaborate with Product and DevOps to embed security standards into roadmaps and workflows.
• Identify vulnerabilities and remove blockers to remediation across engineering domains.
